It's a blog. Yes, those web-log things from days gone by.
When "you've got mail" chimed. Kazaa was a twinkle in the eye of Niklas Sennstrom and pets.com hadn't yet been the butt of the collective joke.
I'm just throwing my hat in the collective ring, during the Web 2.5 era.
So what's this about?
Oh, lots of things. The desire for singular direction and "thought leadership" in the Substack world is tiring to me. The world is a big place and I'm obsessed with systems and synthesizing them.
This space will be mostly about the following:
- Data products and their management
- Systems thinking
- US healthcare (that multi-headed hydra)
- Management and leadership
- Telling impactful stories with data
- Solving world peace (unlikely but it's always good to have "big hairy audacious goals")
Ups and downs, lefts and rights.
A crossroads.
